VIDEO - The Australian Labor Party candidate contesting the seat of Gippsland, Jannette Langley, says she’s feeling confident about her chances against the sitting Nationals Party member, Darren Chester, in the forthcoming Federal election.

Ms Langley, from the Latrobe Valley, is a first time political candidate and has been out and about in East Gippsland recently, getting to know the electorate and the people.

She says there are a number of issues that will decide the election but believes the environment will play a major role in Gippsland.
