Events have been scarce in 2021 due to COVID restrictions, but “Wild” Will Tomlinson is about to change that and do so with a bang.
The former Bairnsdale boxing world champion is bringing his promotion Wildfighter, back to Bairnsdale on Saturday, November 27, for a huge outdoor event at Lucknow Recreation Reserve.
Tickets will be limited due to COVID regulations, so its imperative you get in fast for the event largely based around outstanding local talent.
“Wild” Will is bringing a 1500 square metre circus tent, thanks to Silvers Circus, to accommodate fighters and the audience, bringing back memories of travelling boxing troupes from yesteryear, which unearthed some of Australia’s greatest boxing talent.
“It’s a bit of a throwback to old school boxing circuses, but it’s also a sign of the times and what we’re going through facing COVID restrictions,” Will said.
