As one amazing chapter nears its end, a new era will begin with Elders Rural.
For the past 30 years Mal Nicholls has been the face of Elders’ local wool scene. Over the next 12 months he will transition into retirement, paving the way for the young, with well experienced Madi Gallagher to fill his shoes as district wool manager. 
For Mal, it’s been an extraordinary career.
“What a journey the wool industry has given me and this last 30 years in particular working with the fantastic Elders team,” he said.
“The opportunity to assist woolgrowers with many aspects of their business has been very rewarding.
