Not enough classrooms

Not enough classrooms

Student growth at the popular Eagle Point Primary School has meant kids are utilising the library for classes because of a lack of classrooms.
The school currently has 169 kids enrolled with 28 teachers and administrative staff attending to their needs.
“There’s broader issues overall regarding the lack of infrastructure at the school,” said School Council committee president, Jamie Williamson.
Mr Williamson argues there’s a “lack of planning by the Education Department and inadequate consideration given to population data”.
