Cunninghams make a lucky escape

It was a miraculous escape for the Cunningham family when their house in Nicholson was engulfed in flames last week.
Julie Cunningham awoke at about 1am to the smell of smoke.
The family had earlier in the evening had a small bonfire, so Mrs Cunningham decided to check it wasn’t still burning.
As she made her way to the front door, she noticed it was alight.
Her daughter, Molly, her partner Ash Gould, and her two grandchildren, one-year-old Maeve, and three-year-old Eddie, were asleep in another room in the house.
Mrs Cunningham yelled out to Mr Gould to wake them all up.
In minutes the flames were searing into the house.
