Ron and Margaret Davidson today (Wednesday) celebrate their 70th wedding anniversary.
Ron, 95, and Margaret, 91, were married at St Paul’s Anglican Church in Warragul on September 16, 1950.
They have four children, nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Over many decades Ron and Margaret have, as a partnership, run businesses throughout many regions of Victoria. These businesses have encompassed bakeries, tyre services and a dairy farm.
All of these communities have benefitted greatly from their ongoing engagement in and promotion of them during their times of residence.
Ron and Margaret now reside in Bairnsdale.
Today their business, Bairnsdale Tyre Service, remains a family business run by their two sons.
Ron and Margaret’s family wish them great joy today and give thanks for the family values they have endowed upon them along with their continual love and support.
