Bairnsdale Ambulance unveils renovations

Bairnsdale's Ambulance Branch has thrown open the doors to show off its newest renovations and extension.
It was the tireless fundraising work of the Bairnsdale Ambulance Auxiliary that enabled the renovation of the branch, which was completed in November last year.
The renovations include two new vehicle bays, an office, a dedicated training space and additional sleeping quarters.
Ambulance Victoria chief executive officer, Jane Miller, said she was honoured to re-open the branch.
"The new branch provides for our paramedics and first responders with improved facilities, enabling them to deliver the best care," Ms Miller said.
"I also want to thank the Bairnsdale Auxiliary for the extensive and compassionate support over the past 66 years, you have been very active in our community.
